Services

Four jobs, and the only real difference between them is time

Everything below is the same method and the same rate. What changes is how much cooker there is to get through, which is the only thing that moves the price.
A built in double oven in a domestic kitchen with the doors open and the racks removed

Single and double oven cleaning

The standard job: a built in or freestanding oven stripped, soaked, cleaned by hand and rebuilt, usually inside the two hour minimum.

  • Oven cabinet: roof, floor, back, sides and the fan cover
  • Racks, shelf runners and baking trays soaked and brought back to bare metal
  • Door glass cleaned on both faces, and between the panes where the door separates
  • Door seal cleaned in place and checked, not pulled out

Range and AGA class cooker cleaning

Wide range cookers and cast iron AGA class cookers, cleaned in the same careful way but over a much longer job, priced by the hours it takes.

  • Both oven cabinets, and the warming drawer where there is one
  • The grill compartment, its runners and the grill pan
  • Every rack, runner and tray, soaked in batches because there are too many for one tray
  • Hob surface, burner caps, crowns and the cast iron pan supports

Hob, extractor and filter cleaning

The greasy half of the kitchen: gas and ceramic hobs, extractor hoods and canopies, and the metal filters that stop pulling once they fill up.

  • Gas hob: burner caps, crowns and bases soaked, ports cleared, pan supports degreased
  • Ceramic and induction hob: burnt on residue lifted with a blade at the correct angle, then polished
  • The hob surround and the seal where it meets the worktop
  • Extractor canopy, inside and out, including the underside nobody looks at

End of tenancy and landlord oven cleaning

Oven cleans for landlords, letting agents and tenants moving out, with photographs on file and an invoice that can go on a schedule of works.

  • Full oven clean to the same standard as any other job, not a lighter version
  • Hob and extractor filters, which is where most check out reports mark a property down
  • Before and after photographs, timestamped, sent over as files you can forward
  • An invoice made out to the landlord, agent or tenant, in the property address
End of tenancy
